WANTED: Experienced Truck Driver – Medium-Heavy Rigid

Full time | Immediate start | Excellent salary package

Role

• Local and interstate deliveries and pick ups
• Work full time Monday – Friday only
• 2–4 nights per week overnight
• All-rounder helping to get trailers ready for delivery when based at the factory
• Run through the basic operations with the customer upon delivery
• Backloads when returning to the factory

Required

• Medium or Heavy Rigid licence
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, as you will be delivering directly to our customers

This role is FULL TIME: Monday–Friday.

We manufacture commercial trailers and machinery in Murwillumbah, NSW.

• 35 minutes from Burleigh
• Travelling against the traffic
• Pleasant drive through cane fields and past the river with no bumper-to-bumper traffic

About the Role

We’re a rapidly growing Australian manufacturer of commercial food trailers, and demand is booming. We’re looking for a confident, people-focused Sales Consultant to convert warm enquiries into happy customers.

This is NOT cold calling — every lead has already expressed interest. Your role is to guide, educate, and help customers choose the right trailer to start or grow their food business.

If you enjoy speaking with motivated buyers and closing sales, this is a high-impact role with strong earning potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling inbound enquiries via phone, email, and SMS
• Qualifying leads and understanding customer goals
• Recommending the right food trailer solutions
• Building rapport and guiding customers through the buying process
• Following up enquiries and moving them toward purchase
• Managing order-related admin and keeping records up to date
• Providing accurate info on pricing, features, and delivery timeframes

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales experience (phone-based or retail) highly regarded
• Experience in the food, hospitality, or catering industry is a big plus
• Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build trust
• Confident closing sales and handling objections
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working across systems
• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
• Positive, upbeat attitude with a customer-first approach
